SheCounts App

Access the SheCounts financial literacy resources and tools through our progressive web app. This is a prototype for the mobile app experience. A native mobile app is currently under development and will be available in the future.

How to Install

Follow the instructions below to install the SheCounts app on your device:

On iPhone/iPad (Safari):

  1. Open Safari and navigate to shecounts-app.org
  2. Tap the Share button (square with arrow pointing up) at the bottom of the screen
  3. Scroll down and tap "Add to Home Screen"
  4. Customize the name if desired, then tap "Add"
  5. The app icon will appear on your home screen

On Android (Chrome):

  1. Open Chrome and navigate to shecounts-app.org
  2. Tap the menu (three dots) in the top right corner
  3. Select "Add to Home screen" or "Install app"
  4. Confirm by tapping "Add" or "Install"
  5. The app icon will appear on your home screen

On Desktop (Chrome, Edge, or Safari):

  1. Open your browser and navigate to shecounts-app.org
  2. Chrome/Edge: Look for the install icon in the address bar (or click the menu and select "Install SheCounts")
  3. Safari: Go to File → Add to Dock (on Mac)
  4. Follow the prompts to complete installation
  5. The app will open in its own window, separate from your browser
